MEMBERSHIP

 

In the United States, thousands of devotees keep jazz alive through memberships in the many jazz clubs. Like other forms of art, jazz needs non-artists to appreciate and support its creations. Join the Central Florida Jazz Society and keep jazz alive! All CFJS membership levels (with the exception of the Newsletter Only membership) entitle you to these standard benefits:

 

· CFJS national award-winning bimonthly newsletter Blue Notes (Print Edition)

· Reduced admission to CFJS monthly concerts

· Reduced admission to Orlando Jazz Orchestra concerts

· Up-to-date information on live jazz events and happenings in Central Florida

· The great feeling that you are helping preserve and promote America’s own classic music form, JAZZ!

 

Below are the different levels of annual membership available along with benefits and pricing. Membership term is for one year from the time fee is paid.

 

Membership Types

 

· Individual:  Includes standard benefits ($30/person)

· Couple:  Includes standard benefits ($45/couple)

· Newsletter Only (Non-Resident):  Bimonthly print edition of Blue Notes ($20/person)

· College Student:  Details coming soon!

· Patron: Includes standard benefits and name listed in Blue Notes for duration of Patron Membership ($75/person)

· Golden Patron:  Includes standard benefits, one reserved seat at each CFJS concert, and name listed in Blue Notes for duration of Golden Patron Membership ($150/person)

· Lifetime Maestro:  Includes standard benefits, lifetime CFJS membership, free CFJS concert admission and two reserved seats at each concert for life, and name listed in Blue Notes for life ($2,000/person)

· Lifetime Honorary:  This membership is granted to those who, upon Board of Directors consideration, are found to have provided outstanding service and/or assistance in promoting jazz. Lifetime membership also may be granted to other persons upon approval by 2/3 of the Directors present at a Board of Directors meeting.

 

Sponsorship Types (Each Includes One Annual Membership)

 

· Publication Sponsorship:  Includes one annual membership with standard benefits and special notice in Blue Notes for two issues ($200 sponsorship)

· Venue Sponsorship:  Includes one annual membership with standard benefits, special notice in Blue Notes for two issues, and recognition sign at door ($500 sponsorship)

· Music Sponsorship:  Includes one annual membership with standard benefits, on-stage banner, table space to promote your business, and special notice in Blue Notes for one year ($1,500 sponsorship)

·  Corporate:  Includes one annual membership with standard benefits, company name listed in Blue Notes for one year, a business card size ad in Blue Notes for one year, and two complementary CFJS concert admissions for one year ($500)

· Corporate Gold: Includes one annual membership with standard benefits, company name listed in Blue Notes for one year, a 1/2 page size copy-ready ad in Blue Notes for one year, four complementary CFJS concert admissions for one year, and table space provided to promote your business ($800)
